A Member of City Council, Hasan Basri Umar disclosed that arrangement of organization structural should not be a bottleneck in executing program or activities that listed in 2017 APBD.
"Absorption of 2017 APBD is minimally 90 percent to hit target of 2012-2017 Local Mid-Term Development Planning (RPJMD)," he expressed in plenary meeting of City Council about 2017 APBD, Wednesdsay (11/30).
2017 APBD Targeted to Be Ratified on December 19While another member, Meity Magdalena Ussu expressed, Jakarta government should make solution in order to anticipate obstacles in the budget absorption.
"We questioned on this matter, considering there is an unused fund (Silpa) last year with the reason for the change in nomenclature changing area," she said.
Meity added that Home Ministry Regulation No. 74/2016 on duty of Jakarta Acting Governor, can be guided for Ratification of the draft bylaw into bylaw, concerning the determination of 2017 APBD.
"We hope Acting Governor can use the capacity, capability and wisdom thus the budget can be completed in December thus it can be realized on January 1," she hoped.
